The food here has always been good when we’ve eaten onsite, but I was very disappointed in a large order for delivery today $187 + 15% delivery tip. The regular pizzas plain & pepperoni were tasteless and cardboard like, the cauliflower eggplant pizza was tasteless and soggy, not a lot of meat on the Italian heroes, the salads were the best thing I ordered, even though the Greek salad is not really a Greek salad. The ability to order online is great, but my scheduled delivery was over 20 minutes late and I placed my order 2 hrs ahead of time. The food was not hot and we were close by. I was hosting a surprise Birthday dinner and I was embarrassed that the food wasn’t good. I hope this was just an off night.
Today I want a sandwich with meat!!
They made me a few pretty thick sandwiches and the rolls were so good!! Thank you so much
The bigger dishes like the chicken parm and sandwiches are good but the pizza is garbage. It’s undercooked and very doughy and greasy. Prices are also outrageous. I understand that there is a lot of inflation going on but come one. Over $20 for a pie. Kinnelon/Butler area have no good options for pizza unfortunately. Better off driving a little out of your way to a better pizza place.
Fresh hot pizza with awesome crunchy crust.
Had a margarita slice and a shrimp alfredo slice. The margarita had a crispy crust and bold flavors. The shrimp was kind of soggy. Both required several napkins to sop up the grease. $10.75 for that and a can of soda.
Horrible. The cutlets were pounded so thin you couldn't taste them. They were burnt. The phone attendant was antagonistic.Sunday April 2nd 2023. Not the same food as before and at almost twice the price. Was a patron for 20 years.
I had the chicken parm with vodka sauce. It was incredible. Also the grandma and Sicilian slices are really good too. We were very pleased!
Anthony Francos has been my go-to for pizza delivery and when i need a quick slice but 2 out of the last 3 times (wihtin the last 2 weeks) the oizza has been horrible, I usually consider it the best in the area. There was almost zero sauce on the plain pie, almost none visible and none that could be tasted, instead of being orangey in apearance it was ywllow in color meaning the red sauce was essentially missing. If it happened once I could chalk itup to a mistake but twice in 2 weeks means someone is changing how they make the pizza while they are on shift.
The frst time this was for a pizza to be delivered, yesterday it was for 2 slices in the store. I hope this gets fixed because up until now I could always count on Anthony Francos. I just hope their pasta is still good, the chicken parm has never failed me with the best sauce around, I'm almost scared to try now
